Progress Test

I’ve got all the dots, they are just not all connecting. Why is it always such a struggle? I just can’t pinpoint the cause (or dang. . . could it be more than one thing?) and I’ve just been band-aiding the situation for far too long.

AHHHHH! Help!

Let me take a gander at your current situation. Is this you?

  • Gone through a growth spurt! (YAY!) but it’s left you feeling like you let the squirrels loose?
  • In a conundrum of WTH why does this happen every time and I thought we just “fixed” that! What gives?!?
  • Realize there’s got to be an easier way, you just can’t seem to find it.
  • Put a little more money in the swear jar (or maybe prepaid) because . . . . scaling and launch probs.
  • Excited you launched, sold, grew, scaled. . . but secretly know the whole dang thing could have gone smoother (and know you left some money on the table).
Laptop with coffee and glasses

All that is awesome, let’s celebrate how far you’ve come. And by celebrate, I mean let’s analyze the dog out of this and set you up even better for your next growing season. Oh ya, and bring the wine (or coffee or water with lemon) while you’re at it.

Listen Linda, I know exactly what you are feeling. There’s so much to be happy about, but still so much to improve.  You’re in the forest and you can’t see through the trees. You need someone (not on your team, rather an outside objective perspective) to give your business baby a once over. And you’d really like this to happen sooner rather than later so you can fix all the stuff before your next big thing.

Saving you money and mental white space. Now I’ve got ya thinking, right?

Let me introduce you to the new and improved Progress Test.
In this 2 week covert operation, I analyze 90+ points in your business to make sure your systems, operations, and strategy connect A to B and all the way to Z.

Ohhh that sounds interesting, tell me more!

I’ll take a look at where you are currently at, point A. We will establish your current benchmarks in terms of numbers, growth, revenue, and everything (team, tools, current services/products, etc) that makes up your “current situation”.

Then I’ll go back in time and see what you’ve accomplished in the past 3-6 months. This helps me put your growth in perspective. I’ll spend the next two weeks putting your business through a series of tests and other analysis to make sure you’re spending your time, money, and mental energy in all the right places. I make sure to look through everything from the eyes of both a customer and you and your team. Word of the wise, don’t go picking up before the housekeeper comes, I need to see everything as is.

When we talk goals, that’ll determine points XYZ and it helps me see your business operations full circle.

This analysis will help us see how are you able to get to point Z in your current situation and what improvements or modifications are necessary so that journey easier. When I’ve effectively put your business through the ringer, I’ll create a custom report that outlines everything I tested and what I found.

We’ll schedule a call to go over all the findings and I’ll send over a PDF report so you can digest it and take notes during the call.

The typical report ranges from 3-7 pages and includes both quick fixes / low hanging fruit items and more complex strategies.

Extra (Caramel) Brownie points

I won’t leave you hanging though! I’ll put my recommended strategy into a 30-60-90 day progress plan on my signature Progress System so you can see the best approach to the strategy. You’ll also get worksheets and trackers to help you monitor your growth and help you stay zoned in on key areas.

It is so important you digest this report and actually begin implementing the improvements. Which is why, I’ll check in on your work even after our time together ends.

HANG ON A MINUTE, WHO AM I AND WHAT DO I REALLY KNOW?

Hey ya’ll, I’m Amanda. Think of my title somewhere between traffic director and Chief Operating Officer. I know how a well-oiled business should run because I manage upper 5 and 6 figure businesses and growing brands. You can say I’ve seen it all. From tag happy Convert Kit users to messy Asana to do’s to underused Trello boards. I’ve also seen how completely synced up teams hit the ball out of the park when they have the best tools and strategies at their disposal. I want to analyze your business as if I were coming on board to be your very own COO.

Here’s what a few of my clients have said about this test. In fact, all my exclusive 1-1 clients start right here at this Progress Test.

Ok. . . so what’s this gonna cost me?
$500

I am only booking 6 Progress Tests over the first four months in 2018.
After they are filled, you’ll be put on a waiting list until I reopen spots for the back half of 2018.

Ready to dive in?

Schedule your Progress Test here and your post-test call. Remember, I’m only taking 6 in 2018 as of right now.

Then I’ll send over some basic questions, grab your credentials and login info via LastPass, and be on my way.

I’ll spend a couple weeks under your business hood and may have a few questions along the way. If I find anything that needs immediate attention, I’ll let you know ASAP!

Look for a full the full report the day before your scheduled call.

You might be wondering these things.

What do you need to have access to?

I’ll need access to your project management tool, email marketing, Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), social media scheduling, website / blog backend, and anything that you use to make your business run smooth.

How will I get this info to you?

If you have LastPass you can share with me. If not, I’ll set you up so we can get all those passwords shared in a safe, encrypted space.

What's the timeline again?

You secure your spot and schedule your start date and post-test call. We get the logistics out of the way then I spend 2 weeks under your business hood. Then I’ll take about a week a formulate the report. I’ll send the report your way the day before our post-test call.

Do you need to talk with my team?

Not normally, unless there is something you know isn’t working and your team can illustrate the problem.

How will I know you are working?

You’ll get a few testing alerts and such, but really I’m pretty sneaky!
